Since you interned in New York Supreme Court you probably observed that many state court judges need some clues. The ability and knowledge level is generally higher, and admirable in federal court judges.

She was a waitress at trumps club bedminster, being sexually harassed by her manager. Habba pretended to be her friend, convinced her to drop her current lawyer regarding the case, and then got her to agree to a *terrible* deal that she didn’t realize until later. The whole story reeks of bad faith and misconduct for a court officer

They try to make themselves looks persecuted by everyone to drum up sympathy from white voters who feel like they are losing their power due to other racial groups gaining rights and protections. they claim all criticism, no matter how valid, is part of some "witch hunt". they have lost the ability of self-introspection, and instead double down on their mistakes and claim that they are victim. their voters fall for it ellegantly. She doesn’t even do what the judge tells her because as we heard from the great Bruce rivers that she does the same thing after being told how to put evidence in a court of law. I wouldn’t be surprised if she had an agent that said do not do the show unless you get X amount of money and if I was that agent I would’ve said the same thing to her about this case but then again I would’ve told her not to take the case because he’s an asshole and he doesn’t pay his lawyers. He is a thing that says to order food for the whole restaurant but does not pay for it and the campaign coffers do not pay for it. He still owes money for the rallies that he held in 2016. So what does that tell you Alina Habba One. ​​@@Sampsonoff they start them young now.. my 7th grader had all his middle school hours for the national honor society since last year.. he will most likely continue to be part of it until he graduates HS and goes on to whatever.. it is indeed a good look on resumes BUT these kids put in a lot of work volunteering, pushing for changes, this year our HS and MS NHS went to Harrisburg to speak (my son did not go cuz I didn't agree on what they were trying to change) but I fully support the things these kids are doing for the future.. it teaches kindness, compassion, understanding, using your voice to enact change etc.. I'm happy my son got involved.. he's my 2nd son of 4 and my eldest only did sports in school.. I stood proud with him when he was inducted into the junior national honor society 😊 even if it just looks good on his resume cuz he's taking with him lifelong lessons

I would gladly represent Trump and I know many other lawyers would. I don't like him, certainly won't be voting for him, but what do I care? I would represent him to the fullest and defend his position as I do all my clients. Representation is not any type of endorsement of someone's behavior or views. _However_ -- and a big however to all of this -- there is a concern about (1) getting paid; (2) getting fired for a silly reason (like accurately advising him on the law). Those could be a dealbreaker for many, but otherwise in theory I would take his case and defend his position.

It seems incredible to have been an attorney that long, advertise yourself as being competent to do these sorts of cases, and never have learned any of the procedures. I don't understand exactly what it is she has done as a lawyer-- maybe draw up contracts or something that involves legal training but not actually going to court-- because this is the sort of thing you'd expect of-- well, Vinny-- someone who has just graduated from law school and passed the bar exam, but who wasn't hired by a law firm and has no real experience.

If you have any type of property insurance policy (car, homeowners, renters, etc), I would call your insurance agent and ask if they can refer anyone to you.
