Presidential immunity cannot be decided by the SCOTUS. For it to become lsw there is a legal process known as an ‘amendment’ to the constitution….An amendment may be proposed by a two-thirds vote of both Houses of Congress, or, if two-thirds of the States request one, by a convention called for that purpose. The amendment must then be ratified by three-fourths of the State legislatures, or three-fourths of conventions called in each State for ratification. Then, and only then can it become law…

The president does not have immunity to break laws. What he or she has is the immunity to carry out the laws without someone suing the president for legitimately carrying out the laws and duties of his office. In other words no one can prosecute the president for doing his job. Why is this so hard for some to understand?🤔
