That's exactly what locker room talk is, it's the way I talk when I'm drinking with friends or socially smoking. it's informal slang language, you naturally speak informally to people close to you and you speak formally to those you want to show respect.
I understand that there's a certain way men talk when they're in private and with their friends but that doesn't mean it doesn't perpetuate or encourage sexual assault or a general sense of disrespect towards women.
