Donald Trump has claimed US President Joe Biden was ‘high as a kite’ during his state of the union address. Trump says he’ll demand a drug test prior to the first televised debate between the two. It comes as Trump campaigns in Minnesota, a traditionally Democrat state. His campaign team hopes to pick up votes from white evangelical Christians. Trump repeated his unfounded claim that the 2020 election was fraudulent.

Watching the political developments in America is a real source of entertainment for me as someone from Ireland. How sleepy Joe and Orangeman…😂 are the two best presidential candidates you can muster is simply astounding. Is another Obama or JFK like figure just not feasible. We should demand real time fact checking to stop trump lying. We should demand microphone cut off after time limited speeches to stop trumps continued interuptions. I have heard a good many reports by credible people in the court pointing out the stench which emits from trump, and even his defence team have looked disgusted.
