I worked for a tech firm (HackerRank) that would host "women only" hiring events for other companies like Adobe. For one job with our company, the manager said "We need to hire a woman, and if she's non-White, that's like a bonus cherry on top for us!". When I asked how that was legal, or morally acceptable, they told me I wasn't "being a team player", and I was laid off.

Turns out this lady was not only stealing from her job, whether it be from time theft or product.. but she was also a lousy manager and caused the company to lose a lot of money indirectly. Point is, you’re hearing this story from someone who clearly has distain for new management. He referred to the “woke agenda” and the “Biden regime”. This isn’t an unbiased viewpoint and all stories have two sides. Question, do you make all your decisions based on a single side of the story and your personal beliefs?
