The email listed her as a Russian government lawyer and that she was acting in furtherance of the Russian governments support of Trump. That's the only listing we have of her status that isn't compromised by the spotlight of being exposed. If the email had clearly said "we, the Russian government, would like to conspire with you against the Democratic Party to assure your father wins the election" he would have still done it.
