Supreme court judges are meant to uphold the constitution, nothing more. No choosing sides. So even if what you say is true about some of them veing biased towards the right, the same can be said for the others who were appointed by democrats. By that logic... every single trial ever held with a jury should be immediately brought back into court where the defendant would get to handpick a new jury that better suits his or her liking and then have a retrail. Which defeats the purpose of any laws... and is also the definition of "moving goal posts" Hypothetically if this did occur, I would put all my money on 99.9% of those on trial being found not guilty. On another note... it has to be infuriating to him how much money he makes other people just by being himself that he never gets.

I have been on seven juries in my lifetime, Not once did political leaning ever come up during a trial, I was a Federal employee for 35 years, never once did politics factor in any decision regarding policies that effected the public. This lawyer needs to go take a civics class and take a hard look in the mirror to check her self out.

When did the rush to "victim" become the norm when standing accused? You stand your ground, prove your innocence and prevail. The delays, attacks and spin are not resolving the issue. And trying the case in the Court of Public Opinion (no oath or perjury applicable) may be great for fundraising but it does not drive to resolution of the proceedings. Its a mockery.
