Cohen, 57, claims he was directed to pay Ms Daniels $130,000 (£104,000) in exchange for her silence about her alleged affair with Mr Trump. Prosecutors have described this as an attempt to "unlawfully influence" the 2016 election. Hush money payments are not illegal. But the Manhattan District Attorney's Office alleges that Mr Trump committed a crime by improperly recording the money with which he reimbursed Cohen as legal expenses. In total, he is accused of 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree.

If the jury of his peers are fair and impartial, yes ....... but in a venue such as this, I don't think that's possible. Which begs the question of whether the verdict, if guilty, is actually the right verdict. Even as an Independent, I have little to no trust in the verdict from such a jury as this.

We see the claim that Trum's not guilty on the written records, eyewitness testimony, phone records etc. There's literally not one form of evidence that shows that either a federal or state crime was committed according to legal scholars such as Alan Derschowitz. In fact, the statute of limitations on what they are attempting to charge him on is long gone.
