The prosecutors themselves are breaking the law, violating Trump's rights, strong arming staffers and using illegal searches to construct a patchwork case. What we are seeing is not law but the abuse of power by the prosecutors. If you like a strong legal system, you would be extremely upset by how the courts are ignoring precedent, law and the rights of the accused. This is Biden being a dictator and using the DOJ to push 'lawfare' because he knows he cannot win a fair election.

If Alina Hubba is correct then the defense team once the prosecution has concluded its case and prior to calling any defense evidence, will make an application to the court that there is no case to answer, as the prosecution has failed to prove any crime and the case should be immediately dismissed. If Blanch etc fail to make such submissions it indicates they believe the prosecution has made out a case which the defense needs to meet and rebut.

@@seanvictorville4515 Hi Sean, I reckon it is a bit of a Mickey Mouse charge but it is an offence on the statute books and one that can therefore be charged, other individuals found guilty of these charges have gone to jail. I have not been in the court room everyday but I agree with you that the jury will probably find the charges proven from the news reports (except Fox). It is such a shame the Jack Smith proceedings against Trump have been delayed, as I believe people have a right to know the outcome of these cases before the November election.
