Donald Trump can take the stand to testify if he wants to, he refuses or his lawyers won't let him. The "gag order" does not in any way prevent him from testifying & giving his version of events, on the stand & under oath. The gag order only prevents Donald Trump from doing that which every other criminal defendant would be prevented from doing.
