The problem is that say, RFK takes a few states from Biden/Trump meaning neither get the 270 votes. This goes to a contingency election where the House gets to decide the president. This means Trump could win by losing both the popular, and electoral college vote thanks to the Republican leaning house. What a mess this would be.
RFK 2024!! Don’t underestimate this candidate. Once he’s “allowed” to be in a debate… Americans will realize he is the only one that can help America. He will fight corporate and pharma corruption, fight for health reforms, the drug addiction epidemic, tackle future AI concerns and will be much more transparent and accountable. He is smart and articulate… let him debate and the undecided will see for themselves😊

He's at 15% in 3 national polls recognized by even cnn. He averages 8% which is why you see Trump at 48%, Biden at 46% in even the highest polls. 48+46= 94. Kennedy takes that other piece. 6-8% on average. Up to 15% in others

Something is off about the polling. It just doesn't look right in terms of scale, there's too big of a high low clip. That means a large portion of the polpulation in different loactions isn't being represented.

He has not made a final prediction .he will in August . He did the same thing with Hillary and then said some of the keys changed and then said trump would win. So it's not looking good for Biden in every metrics
The only metric in Lichtman's theory where Biden is ahead in incumbency...which Trump also had in 2020. Lichtman said that a lot of things would have to go wrong for Biden to lose; and unfortunately for Biden they are doing just that.
