Right we all heard it and they have been covering it up ever since. Mind boggling how long this tRUMP has been pushing all of it getting away with every offense that any one of us would be in prison for by now. I’ve lost so much faith in our justice system and pray our children can be much stronger as it will take a miracle. Umm, what did you think the judge should have done? If he brushed it all under the rug, they would have brought it up on appeal. Judges make decisions, that's what they do. If you don't want to suffer from adverse decisions, then avoid trials.

Your teacher was right. Speech intended to cause a panic is no protected by the 1st Amendment. Whether it is a crime depends on whether there was actually a fire and whether the person who yelled intended to create a panic.
