I think they're trying to get enough states to make it winner-take-all with their delegates so that even if some states don't change, it won't really matter. I can't speak for anyone else, but I never voted to elect a President to make hush money payments for keeping quiet about his breaking marriage vows. I do not consider this to be part of his "official" job. Ugh!
