34 counts of violating New York state law by falsifying business records in the first degree, a Class E felony. Face it, he committed 34 felonies. If you don't think they should be felonies then you can try to get the law changed but unless the change is ex post facto, he still committed 34 felonies and they were committed while trying to become president, not while being president so presidential immunity doesn't apply.

This is silly. Congress and the judiciary are also absolutely immune from criminal or civil prosecution for official acts. The president is already immune from civil prosecution for official acts. This ruling just officially extended a protection to the president that already exists for the other two branches of government.
