This choreo is so tight tho. Everyone was ON it. Besides Mercedes I'd say everyone gave it high energy tbh. I didn't find it as funny as other Rusicals but it's definitely the best production value

@@callmemax029 She's registered as a republican, but because of gerrymandering, and illegal roll switching BS that goes on with republicans against people of color, she's registered so that she can't be switched, and she just votes with the Democrats. Republicans in power literally TARGET people in urban areas, and POC, and make it more difficult for them to register, make it more difficult for them to find transportation to the polls (if they're elderly of disabled), and systematically SWITCH poc's political affiliation (on paper, at least.) Don't even get me started on voter ID "laws", and registration purging 🙄 those "laws" were put in action during Jim Crow to make it difficult for black people to vote. It still goes on today. It's called voter suppression! Republicans in power KNOW they're outnumbered in this country (look at the national popular vote from 1992-2016...), so they use these tactics to stay ahead! Shuga Did Hilary for the Rusical and Trump for the Runway. She was the winner 👑 why silky like wtf!? Her runway was a gown. Other had better customs. Yvie did Great, Nina did great and Ariel pulled it off.
It’s a massive coincidence that it was trump the rusical and shuga did trump on the runway because the girls don’t know what challenges they were doing or the order in which the runway themes would be so it’s just convenient
Silky as Oprah was good, but I could name 4 other girls who performed as good, if not better, during the musical and gave more gag in the runway! Yvie, Brooke, Nina, Shuga, and even Scarlet deserved the win more than Silky!
i mean it's kinda obvious that silky was meant to be casted as oprah and oprah was written to win the challenge like someone already mentioned the "scene stealing part", you know like in kardashian rusical when the blac chyna role was written to win the challenge as well. Or when shangela had that very obvious winner part as mariah carey written, sometimes you can really see through the rigor morris and tomfoolery. I guess the producers believed it will have the same effect as the blac chyna scene and the viewers will LIVE for oprah, but eh.. wasn't the case for the majority tbh.
@@zeehpedro466 I don't think so. Main role was basic bubbly personality, where the only challenge was knowing those lines. Her struggle was with not understanding who her character was, and it showed.

Silky embodied Oprah really well and was on point in her lip sync and performance. Her runway was also gorgeous. I think she deserved her win but yvie was very close
Nina should’ve won the challenge. She looked exactly like huckabee and her performance was spot on. Yvie’s performance was good but her look for the rusical wasn’t
Honestly no one did bad necessarily. Like no one was obviously bad everyone did their best. I didnt mind Mercedes performance. It just didnt stand out but it wasnt bad. At least she knew the words. I prefer yanis over todrick anyways and the production value and choreography in this is very good. It actually felt like a musical.
Silky: Great stage presence, completely in character, funny, lip sync on, look on, amazing. Yvie: Great character, look 1000% on, funny, great all around. Scarlet: Hilarious, lipsync ON, great facial expressions, great look, surprised she wasn't high Brooklyn: Beautiful dancing, hilarious facial expressions, great all around Shuga: Hilarious Hilary, wanted to see more of her dancing, look on, everything on. 🔥
@@jaspertrip7524 Sucks, because I think Plastique is 100% sickening. I hate how some roles are written where it's basically impossible to pop in them, like you either gonna be safe this week or in the bottom, but there's no way you'll be in the top with some roles, it just ain't gonna happen.
I would be pissed if the season before me got to do Cher for the Rusical and the season after me got to do Madonna. Meanwhile the poor girls on season 11 had to do a terrible and cringey musical parody of GREASE about TRUMP. Disgusting
How come the choreography they showed us in the rehearsals wasn't even used... Yvie was the only one who did the steps that Ariel had a mental breakdown over... I don't get it
So Ariel was surprisingly on point. I mean I know she’s been claiming that she can act, sing and dance, but she was quite surprisingly entertaining. Silky yet wore the same damn thing. From meet the queen dress, to her entrance outfit, same sleeveless dress with a cape over her shoulder. Getting boring. Scarlet was amazing as usual, and Nina was good too. Poor Mercedes tho.
Dee Dee she’s been wearing sleeveless dress with a cape draped over her shoulder twice now.. entrance, this episode, and she wore the same dress during her meet the queen. Just saying.

So tired of everyone defending crusty cinnamon poptart for everything that she did wrong. in my opinion i think yvie deserved the win much more than silky did. thinking about both the performance and runway together, yvie was the strongest to me overall. silky did do well as oprah but thats because she was given a funny role. yvie really made the most out of her role and sold it at every moment possible.
I thought Yvie and Silky were definitely the best..... you say that Silky was given a funny role...which kinda implies that anyone could do that role. Doing a thought experiment, imagine all the other queens in that role. I think a lot of them would flop. Silky’s makeup was on point and when she first came out on the stage her hand movements and head nods totally embodied Oprah! I was just as excited as Michelle Visage!
My only problem with Yvie is that she seems like a bit of a one trick pony when it comes to her characters. She's always the ' super exaggerated ugly chick'. I'd like to see her change it up

J ChaP You don’t have to look exactly like the character you’re playing. Vanessa didn’t look exactly like Rosie. Yvie didn’t look exactly like Kellyanne. A’keria didn’t look exactly like Stormy. Plastique didn’t look exactly like Melania. Mercedes didn’t look exactly like Ivanka.
This is like “The Good Dinosaur” of the Rusicals. Not the best story but definitely the best looking rusical and the most well choreogrpahed one. Despite Mercedes forgetting her bit at the end, I think everyone did well. no one was awful I do agree with the bottom three and silky winning and yvie being “high” but I don’t see why Brooke was high I would’ve put Shuga or Nina up there :)
I think Shuga should have at least been in the top. Her mannerisms as Hillary we’re spot on. Instead of silky being in the top, she should have because Silky didn’t know the words. PERIOD

Elizabeth Rucinski neither did stormy? They had equal lines and melanias was naturally more funny. Also, melania and ivana had the same number of lines pretty much exactly and brooke destroyed plastique
Scarlet had the worst runway. Yvie was good, Shuga didn't really look like hillary, and Nina was the second worse look lol. Silky killed it and yes, brooke was mh
Ariel and Scarlet deserved SO MUCH MORE CREDIT!!!!! Overall: Ariel and Scarlet deserved so much more credit. Yes Silky was good as Oprah, but Shuga shoudda been on the top instead of her and her or Yvie shoudda won.Nina’s runway kept her from the Top. Bottom was practically one of the only times where it was right.

Yeah the writing is so bizarre! It’s grease but trump and the characters aren’t defined enough. And the political references were outdated and not funny
Ariel was amazing, scarlet lipsync was totally on point she had much speaking part, it’s hard to lip talk, way easy to remember songs. Yvie so funny on this, Nina and shuga also great. Silky looked like Oprah but she did not much song and dance. Overall was great.

I think one of the queens elaborated on this once and she said that it was to make fun of him, what other way to anger him by having a cast full of DRAG QUEENS impersonate him, make fun of him and specifically highlight that disgusting creatures habits by making a mockery of him. And then Shuga came through with the trump outfit in the fashion challenge and overall QUEEN 👑 BEHAVIOUR (I KNOW THIS PISSED THE CHEETO OFF WHEN HE HEARD ABOUT IT)

Wow everyone did so good. The only bad thing was that some were kinda in the background but that's it. Choreography on point, is musically right, the voices were amazing I would say this will be one of those wich hold up.
@@r0xanne_d0ll totally agree with this. It’s the thing that depressed me about Vanjie.. I don’t know if it’s nerves or what but nearly every time she performs it’s just blank on her face... her lbody can move wonderfully but her face doesn’t follow. Oh well, I love her anyway
