The US President has always had immunity for official acts. This changes NOTHING. Not one of the charges against Trump by Jack Smith is for an official Presidential act. It will never happen. MAGA grows ever smaller. Since Trump lost in 2020, he has pushed more and more true past Republicans to become Independents or even Dems. Now, he is losing about 20% of register Republican voters in the primaries to someone not even running anymore. As much as 60% of these are Republicans who say they will vote for Biden, instead of Trump. Finally, almost 30% of register Republicans say that they will not vote for Trump now that he has even one felony conviction. Slightly over 50^% think he should be in prison, no the White House. All this means a DEVASTATING general election result for Trump. He is doomed to failure, yet again!
