Michael Cohen (Trump’s lawyer) denied it initially, and then ended up pleading guilty to campaign finance violations and said it was in coordination and at the direction of Trump. She filed suit against Trump arguing that the NDA was no longer valid since it had been disclosed by Cohen. She won the case.
