What I enjoy most when listening to VP Harris and the Coach speeches is the tone. Not with a lot of yelling and blaming but soft spoken with a clear message. I never feel their talking at me but to me. I am excited to vote this year because when we vote we win!!
I am ecstatic every time I see the people who are coming out in droves to support them, they have injected hope joy from the mountains to the oceans from the valleys to the cities they have rung the bell of freedom from every home, apartment and from every farm and ranch in America freedom will continue to ring America.

When Kamala was asked to step to the plate, the game completely changed, even though I had complete confidence in President Biden in winning! Kamala is performing extraordinarily good 👍 Thats a plus! And a breath of fresh air.

It's incredible how wildly different the message from both sides has been. Harris and Walz are talking about leading with joy while Trump and Vance focus on stoking fears. Trump folks are always talking about "how bad America is and it's only going to be good if they are in power." They give no hope to people.
She can talk all she wants to about leading with joy. Her record of the last 4 years of her in the White House is terrible so that will probably be exactly what the next 4 years look like under her direction.

But after the Parkland shooting in 2017, Walz announced he would donate the equivalent of all the money he had received from NRA to charity and argued for increased gun control.

Harris/Walz is a message of positive energy and moving the country forward. Trump/Vance is the orange grim reaper with an apocalyptic vision of America. I like Tim a lot but Governor Walz is a much better choice than Shapiro imo.

What you are failing to realize about Josh Shapiro there’s a lot of controversy with the Jewish community Palestine and Gazza right now running a campaign in the states not only is it a security issue but it’s just too much drama that Shapiro will bring in these battleground states and also states with Jewish Gazza and Palestine communities you have to think from that point of you not taking anything from Governor Shapiro because he was my first Joyce, but I see why Governor waltz was chosen and I’m happy
The only person who wants Shapiro over Walz is a person who doesn't understand normalcy anymore, and is looking at irrelevant stats. Shapiro being popular doesn't preclude Walz from outperforming him everywhere.
What the talking heads don’t realize is that by picking Walz, who is an outstanding if unexpected choice, Shapiro is not going anywhere. If anything, as a VP candidate he would have been running around the country…. This way Shapiro will be spending the next 90+ days IN Pennsylvania focusing solely on that critical state.
People keep saying that Shapiro would’ve helped with center voters. How so? He’s no more moderate than Walz. And no matter who she picked they would’ve been painted as a far left extremist by MAGA-GOP. She picked well. Walz as authentic Midwest appeal that will play will not just to rural Pennsylvania voters, but across several states. And Shapiro has already promised to campaign hard for Harris/Walz in Pennsylvania, so they still get the upside of his popularity there.

Shapiro is great on paper, but I dont think the vibes would have been right. Harris needs someone to support her as a second in command. Shapiro naturally gravitates towards center stage. As the first woman president she doesnt need to worry about being overshadowed. Men just won’t understand the issues with this. As a 25yr old single woman I went to buy a car and the salesman asked if my father or husband would be coming to help me. Walz is perfectly happy supporting Harris as a calm team player. He’s the perfect pick for her when it comes to working together the next 4-8years.
My Trump supporting dad constantly saying “this country is done” is really insufferable when he talks politics. I can’t stand a message of “everything is horrible and you’re all doomed if you elect anyone but me”.

There needs to be a real explanation for why she picked Walz over Shapiro because it makes her judgement look very bad. I think the reason is Shapiro's internal polling shows Trump will win PA by 3% which no VP ever has made up that ground and he turned Harris down
MAGA is going to vote for Trump no matter what. Harris/Walz ticket has Democrats excited and they will show up to vote. Maga is a small section of the population. Democrats higher portion, biggest is independents and that's what it's going to come down too, and the never Trump republicans. Popular vote will go to Harris without doubt. Question is can either sway more independent to them in Red and Blue states.

Joy and hope are essential, and sanity even more so.. I'm very happy to see the Democratic candidate coming after Trump in a way that is long overdue. Now, maybe the corporate media could do us a favor by pointing out the many symptoms of cognitive decline shown in the truly insane things that Trump says and posts. Certainly, they were merciless to Biden (and I'm glad he dropped out of the race), but Trump seems to be continuing to get a pass. Maybe not so much on MSNBC, but everywhere else.

I think Tim should put more value on the relationships between all potential candidates. Perhaps the choice of Walz included preferences within the competition. Walz is a unity pick. Don't hear any sour grapes from any of them. Why is a talking head's opinion news?
