One thing that could be added to each engine's front bullet, is a D shaped ring for the pull starter. On the real 262 there was a small opposed two cylinder gas starter engine inside the front engine bullet. This D ring hung out of a hole in the front bullet shaped cover.
The tyres, particularly those from 1944 on did not generally have a manufacturer's name stamped on them, the greyish tinge of the tyres was due to their being made from a rubber substitute, not unlike buna. Also, the trumpeter decals do require a lot of care when applying,5he worst that I came across were the virtually unusable decals for the 1/32 F-100D,Thunderbirds. Colour wise, the cockpit was basically all schwarzgrau e.g humbrol 32,the wheel bays and undercarriage and door interiors was RLM 45.
Hi Paul. Cracking review , as always. Looks like a nice little( or big) kit. Real shame with the seam line on the main fuselage , and as you say, not much you can do with that, as you'll loose the detail of the seam rivets. Saying that, I think, it's great value for the money. I'll be getting one, I'm sure. Those Germans were way ahead of their times, in terms of engineering. Thanks again bro, I'm sold.
As you said ... It's a crackin kit! One thing that you could see through those cowling a.... Epms. A neat half dozen of them. So if someone did use that thing they'd have to try to remove all those. Still for $85 is a great kit.
Nice video Paul. :) Just out of interest, the shelving you use to store your paints, are they custom made or a shop buy? Very neat btw, they look great. Thanks.
Hello I'm new to modeling but I was wondering. Do you use glue or screws. And does the kit come with glue and screws? Secondly, I'm getting. Confused on whether or not the kit has paint included. Also how do you paint the plane so perfectly? I'm very much interested in buying the pakistani and Chinese jf17 thunder/ fc-1 dragon fighter plane model kit.
Hi no normally kits don't come with paints or glue (in starter kits they do). Here in the UK is about £1.20 for a pot of paint. And £1 for glue. He has videos on a 13 part build of a 1/48 me 109.

Lee Gernes 1 minute ago In the instructions next to a part is a set of letter/numbers can you explain? Ex: Part D23 states H 12/33 flat black what do these mean?
Sorry...you may L55.00 ($85.00 in my money) to consider as okay. But even when I spend less...I want a kit without many flaws. Money isn't easy to come by sir. And Trumpeter can do a better job. Good review BTW! Always from you guys on ISM. I learn a lot about this and that. Always good reviews from you gentlemen.
I bought that kit...it is super stunning...worth the money and you do not need anything aftermarket...the rubber tires are flawless and the cockpit instrument panel is perfect...super awesome kit....if you don't buy another 1/32 for a while...buy this one...it will keep you very busy but the kit absolutely goes together like butter....
