Then what would a skill character be? To hit an ability with any champions you need yo have good positioning, angles, distance - so they are all universal.

I disagree watch how the darius plays the lvl 1 he is looking for opportunities too all in him instead of matching autos he doesn't hit his lvl up timer and it bites him in the ass when the gank comes because darius was 1 lvl lower causing him to lose the fight and a 2-0 trundle lane is over unless you get a gank
