Since Mr. Hoang does this job of presenting houses so well, I have this recommendation. Eventually, during the holidays in the winter time, when real estate activities are slow, Mr. Hoang should take time to study to get your license. It takes about 3 months. Not only will you acquire formal knowledge, but you will do your job with confidence. I used to teach Real Estate Principles, and turned out hundreds of licensed agents and brokers, but I am retired now. I also live 5 minutes from this property, on the triangle borders of Westminster, Fountain Valley, and Huntington Beach, corner of Edinger/Bushard.
