I started meditation from last week and I can say that in just a week I really observe some differences before nd after meditation.❤✨Started FEELING MORE N MORE RELAXING.💆 It really really good for increasing focus, to understand yourself more clearly, maintain our breathing , helps to feel motivated nd many more!! jo ap bta rhi vo maie 10 din vipassana meditation me kiya tha jisme 10 din ka shivir tha jisme 12 hrs meditation krna tha... or vha apko sirf maun nhi arya maun ka palan karna tha means ap kisi se isharo me bhi bat nhi kr skte ap camp k andr na phone le ja sakte hai na koi dairy bs ap khud k sath rehte hai and littrally those 10 days changed mine life i think sbko apni life me ek bar, ek 10 din ka camp krna chahiye initially apko 3 days pehle apni sanso ko hi dekhna hoga usk bap apko vipassna sikhaya jaega... n after 10 days believe me you will feel like you are reborn... Bhavattu Sabb Mngalam....
1. focus on your Deep breathing 2. Don't talk to anyone especially on your exams time 3. don't consume irrelevant information (not only in the term of eating but also watching)

journaling is also a good idea ,,jab bhi lagta dimag me bht sara kachra hai usko ek notebook me likh lo or likhte likhte eventually ap ek conclusion me pohch jate ho ..i have tried it and it helped me a lot
