I can't tell you how much of my life I would chase after people and things. Thinking if I said or did the right things, that it would work out for the best. I would often be left hurt, disappointed, or frustrated. "I do not chase, I attract" is a simple and beautiful way of living. Anything that is a part of my highest, most loving, good--will come into my life. I'm going through a horrible divorce. I thought my life got blown apart, and all my hopes and dreams down the drain. I've been doing meditations like this one, often multiple times a day. I take the messages to heart, and it allows me to connect with the divine part of my being. I actually laughed today when I had to tell someone about my ex wife throwing away my car keys, simply out of spite. I realize now my only must in this life is to love and accept my heart... It's to pour kindness and love into absolutely everything I do. My heart has never been this soft, and the softer it gets the easier it becomes. Thank you for the inspirational work you do. Namaste

I was attracted to this. "I do not chase. I attract" has been my mantra for some time. It's what won me $188 off of $2 yesterday at the casino. I went where I was pulled. Then while searching for a yoga flow to loosen myself up today, I found this. And it SHOOK me. :)
