Thats just what happened to me N my family. We was at the end of our rope N hope. God came thru, it's hard but I'm praying God will strengthen us so we can make it.
Brother, your message is so right on. Trust, that's where I am. You put it into words like i have never heard anyone tell it just as it is sometimes. Yes, God does things we do not understand. But it is for our good. Thank you for breaking it down.
I need prayer as well. Trying to fight to keep from falling in more debt and to see my wife return after 14 month separation with no communication for 2 months. I have no choice but to trust God and stay faithful to my wife no matter what she's doing right now, but the house is too big for one person and its hard keeping up the bills and believing for my wife not to file and make keeping my house of 24 years (16 shared with her and our now adult kids) harder. God always wins, but I am constantly trying not to be too passive or active and don't want to sabotage things God wants to do to fix things.

I love how he says please do t change that dial. not sure when he filmed this..but in 2016 very rarely do you see a tv with a dial on it.. I'm not finished watching this.. it's a great message so far. I really needed to hear this.. life has me Down where I feel I'm losing a lot.. and I've lost a lot. I'm hanging on to my hope and trust in the lord but there's times when you're wondering when that blessing is going to come. and then something else bad happens and your break down and once again question your blessing and the time it will come.. I originally started looking for something about Moses and the slaves he had rescued and how they had complained and God made them wonder for 40 years in the dessert.. I try to stay positive but I know I still complain.. I don't want to be sad depressed or stressed or worried.. I've been diagnosed with bipolar disorder severe depression and severe anxiety and insomnia.. it's a daily struggle to live life with that.. I don't think I should have to take medicine daily and I honestly can't afford doctors or the daily medicines I was on..so no my mind doesn't always stay positive.. and I was looking for a messing similar to how we need to not complain and be happy and content with what we do have and not think about all that we lost or all that we don't have and to know and trust and to believe and to have patience that a blessing is coming and the best is yet to come.. I also want to be grateful for gods mercy and grace. I'm very glad to be watching this.. I could talk for forever but I need to finish watching this.. I pray daily that God leads me the way I should go and guides me and keep a me safe and blesses me and I thank him every day for all he does for me.
Amen, although you post this message several months ago. I just wanted to say, I pray that you're doing better. You hit the nail right on the head. indeed it does get hard at times but Satan is always seeking to come between our walk with God and his son Jesus Christ. I try my best to keep in mind that God will not put more on us than what we can handle (easier said than done at times) but when we look back at all the hard situations we've been through in life in the past it helps to keep fighting with the help of the Lord to move forward, no matter how hard it may seem. "Lean not on our own understanding but trust in the Lord with all our hearts and souls." God bless you.
It kills me to even listen to this story (even if its made up) because i know theres people out there doing just this. I pray that we can always help our brothers and sisters in times of need.
You cannot be where God did not permit! Some must experience before they will listen, as you Pastor Smith leaving the title Reverend or Pastor Smith for doctor Smith! Who is called for Prayer or laying on of hands? Pastor or doctor?

Love how mr Dewey smith preaches about poverty and hard times, but at the same time has no problem at all taking the money from the very people he's preaching about. Disgusting to say the least.
May I ask what do you know about the Bible? The Bible directly says in both the Old Testament and the New Testament that, as his profession, the Priest/Pastor is to be paid for his work. What job do you or anyone goes to and instead of getting paid, says, "Nah. I don't want it." That's neither smart nor accurate nor a realistic expectation. Where does the Bible say that a preacher is not to receive pay for his work? No beef, just pointing out the inconsistency of the argument.
