"Being in the Moment" means genuinely connecting to your character and trusting that you are enough throughout the scene. For example, in this scene, Augi lets go when she chooses not to give in to her inner voice, which makes her question if she acts right. Brenna lets go by starting small and trusting herself that her emotions will increase as the scene escalates.
