The vibrations in engine is due to 3 cylinders being naturally imbalanced. That is dependant on piston movement and flywheel configuration. Spark plug has little to do with it anyways. The lag in pickup you mentioned in 1st and 2nd gear is due to ECU tuning. Our cars are designed to maximise mileage, so the engine blanks out there to reduce fuel input. It's intentional. The burn spots you mentioned on the spark plug's white ceramic area are known as corona arcs and are completely normal to have.
Yah bro ....its corona rings on the spark plug .not a big issue though but still ngk are much better than champions .Dnt know why companies do such little cost cuttings .Even maruti uses Ngk .The insulator on Ngk plug is very good compared to others .
