Amen...keep teaching the "full truth". I was brought up in this my whole life but did not receive the Holy Ghost till I was about 25 yrs old. But Thank God..I currently have it..and I don't want anything that's going to make me quit serving Him. (Jesus)
@JIIBlessed you believe the people who wrote the bible where divinely inspired just because they say they where divinely inspired? if you believe that then i got a bridge to sell you. and the "scientific" things in the bible are things that can be observed with common sense. if you go sailing on the ocean or climbing a mountain you can see the curvature of the earth. everything you say is in the bible can be found in the q'uran, the adi garanth, and the book of mormon. are they all true too?
Which part of the Bible is the word of God? Why didn't God just deliver a Bible and sign it as its author? Why rely on men to write it, and translate it? Why not give each culture a Bible in its own language? A small task for the creator of the Universe. Why let men write, it when God would have known men would misinterpret it, misuse its authority and corrupt its meaning? The Bible is a fable, even if God IS real.

The truth about salvation? What is it we're supposed to get "saved" from? The wrath of an angry God, that's what. The Gospel is meant to be "good news." What nonsense. It's only good news for people ignorant enough to believe in an angry, vengeful God in the first place. For those of us who don't, it's completely meaningless.

I get so sick of xtians bleating on about the love of Jesus and that unbelievers send THEMSELVES to hell. Sugar-coat it all as much as you like, but you can't ignore the verses in Thessalonians which speak of Jesus "punishing with everlasting fire" those who do not obey the Gospel. Funny how Christ is supposed to have taught a message of love and forgiveness. If we're to believe St Paul, there won't be any forgiveness from Jesus himself when he returns. A slight touch of hypocrisy there methinks
