Lol they are making fun See if apply for a visitor visa and they come here and get refused get a work permit and another way But students who make invocation and proper in communication as well progressive for a country who are not able to get a work permit that's why here clear. They want those people who continue to work for them as labour doesn't come up for them which is a clear man because students studied their system and laws and got the same shoulder jobs that why this will be happening. Hope to understand if not then this is not for you ❤

Hello sir. Asking for my brother - he came to Canada on a student visa and is completing his 1-year graduate certificate course this August 2024 from Toronto, Ontario. He wants to take up another course to specialize his education (another PG certificate in Victoria, BC), and he has two possible intakes: one is a 10-month (accelerated) course starting in September 2024, and the other is a 12-month course starting in January 2025. His main concern is choosing between the two start dates. The questions are: 1. If he does the 10-month accelerated course, will that still make him eligible for the 3-year Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), or will the accelerated course hurt his chances? 2. If the 10-month accelerated course affects his PGWP eligibility, and he decides to take the January 2025 intake instead, how can he get a visa extension since his current student visa expires at the end of August 2024? Additionally, can he work part-time during the gap, or does the gap hurt his chances of PR in the future Any inputs will be super helpful. Thanks in advance!
