The student loan bank or whoever loaned it has to. And then the problem with that is now the IRS can come after you for income. Becuase the charges off amount is considered income. It’s all in there code and I’ve had to pay income to irs for charged off debt in the past. This is all bad info fellas. I’ve done the research
Chances are your Promissory Note was claimed by the bank and they got the money. Then they sucker you into believing you owe it back. Your promissory note was converted into a draft that was submitted to the Federal Reserve. Once that happened, your promise to pay was negated. Go back to the people you signed the contract with and tell them you was to reclaim your promissory note back.

This guy is completely misreading these statutes. 15 USC 1602(i) reads: " The adjective “consumer”, used with reference to a credit transaction, characterizes the transaction as one in which the party to whom credit is offered or extended is a natural person, and the money, property, or services which are the subject of the transaction are primarily for personal, family, or household purposes." Notice it says the person to whom credit is offered. Not the party to whom is providing credit.
@@nizexlizzy look up the legal term for person it will tell you it can mean corporation or natural person. Depending on what code you reading and if your reading it on Cornell law it will have the word person in the right hand corner for you to click to get the definition in which they are referring to for that specific code it’s varies. And they do it to trip you up.

Sometimes it includes a natural person. Sometimes it doesn't. So person doesn't itself prove anything being said.
I have been studying this stuff for years and while I want to believe him, he's saying too many things I know to be false to think he's constantly buying cars and not paying for them. If nothing else, the credit companies would flag him to not loan him anything. Do you really believe he has great credit when he's not paying for anything? Which again only applies to certain federal income. Filing these forms at a regular job won’t work and they Probly don’t even have the forms for you. So. There’s some wrong things here. I was questioning your use of definitions that were improperly applied and your claims of things that you have zero evidence to support. At least, if you do have evidence, I've never seen anyone produce it.
