Bro all redy we married phiplphina for 5 year allredy and we stay in macau now we go back Philippines and stil stay hear if we use tourist visa 3 month can he extend if qe applye trv visa because you ask need 4 to 5 months but visa only one month evn extend one more so how can more we stay after apply trv please answer me thanks

@@AshishSingh-si1zg if your wife's name is not there in your passport then you can give an affidavit stating the reason. Where are you applying from? Usually there are notary people near the Immigration Office. They have the format of the affidavit. You will also need to get NBI clearance before you go there.
What documents I have to carry from India to get the trv and also like to know after how many days I get the citizenship as I already married in Phillipines
You don't need to carry any special document from India with you all documents you need which you will get from Philippines only. Just the only one thing which is important that your passport has printed your wife's name on it.
@@PrakashPanchal in the passport already my wife name include but earlier when I was in Cebu I ask the beuro of immigration they told me that u have to carry police clearance certificate from India and should be stamped by ministry of external affairs
Bro but for the first 1 year TRV visa it's not necessary to have a Name of spouse on the passport. Because it's not mention in the website of BOI.isn't it.
I don't know where you saw this but there official website also have mentioned spouse name should be on passport even IO told me about it they can't process without it.

@@Indifilbaby Indian driving license Philippines me valid hai 90 days tak aur uske baad aap apna DL Philippines me convert kar sakte ho jiska charge kuch 10000-15000 pesos ke bich me hai and uska video bhi aane wala hai stay tune for that.. Good Luck..
