Nuts! I can only bring my knees half way tucked before my back / core give out! Working on it. Many face plants but still trying! You make it look so easy though 😩👌🏼

Hi really good work out, do you complete each section by time? or reps? found some hard and others easier. The reverse plank was difficult any tips on hand placement?
