Oh man, this looks so good. You're right about the torque twist. Good throttle control seems to eliminate almost all of it. I really hope they release wheel wells or a full interior for this. I'm very much looking forward to seeing how you set this one up. I think a little weathering will go a LONG way on this rig. Great stuff as always.
Thank you! I didn’t really notice t twisting too badly, but like you said, when you mash the throttle, it’ll definitely twist up. I definitely hope someone releases an interior and some wheel wells, if not I’ll have to make some of my own

First time watching one of your vids, that may be the most beautiful RC video I’ve ever seen. Nicely done sir, and the Defender looks soooooo good. Usually I’d go for the more technically proficient of the w, but had to have the Defender… love it.

Traxxas nailed another RTR, this thing looks so scale, just as good, if not more impressive then the tenth scale TRX! I also like the weight of it to keep it realistically planted for its size.
Great vid!!!! I really like the M's. Both are great crawlers, but I think the Bronco has a tiny edge. Not quite as top heavy. Looks good brother!!!!🤘🤘🤘

Wipers would be amazing, but I don’t think there would be enough room in this platform to get that to work! The canoe was a file I found on Thingiverse and 3D printed and painted
Hi! As everyone is saying, this is so well shot and very cinematic. Congratulations! I just bought for me and my 9yo son the Chevy k10 and the Ford Ranger. We’ve upragded them with injora parts, actually ending up keeping only the servo, motor and the esc. He told me that he wants a Defender too, like one of his friends has. Now seeing your video, maybe we will start building one from what we already have. May I ask what upgrades you have on it right now? Thank you and keep up the good work!
Thank you so much for the kind words! I actually haven’t upgraded it all that much. I put on some brass parts to try and lower the center of gravity, new wheels and some injora tires. I also installed the traxxas light kit and added some small scale details. But overall it’s performed very well right out of the box

Cost effective it looks like building one is the way to go, but I need to see what parts will work better with the Defender. I will keep watching your videos. They are so well made and realistic. I have a similar project, with scaled model cars, but it is a photography one. Keep up the good work! 👍🙏
Hi. Three days ago I ordered trxm4 bronco because it performs better. But then I watched your video and canceled the order. Now I am waiting trxm4 Defender…😂😅
@@rohithap1279 thanks for the kind words! This is totally box stock, no mods whatsoever and stock gearing. For me, the gearing is perfect. It’s slow enough to crawl fairly well but still quick enough for some trail driving. If you’re looking to build a dedicated crawler, it might not be a bad option to switch over to the crawl gears, but I would wait until you’ve driving it a bit before making that decision
Tested it yesterday with a stock scx gladiator vs defender for straight incline angles the scx destroys it take the body off the defender and they're about equal
Oh yeah I have no doubt. The defender body is crazy heavy, the trx4m would take a little bit of modification for it to really crawl well, it’s just too top heavy I think. With that being said Pam I was still surprised by how planted, stable, and smooth it felt.
