No doubt about it Bob, that is quintessential BBQ Pit Boys style cooking, and hats off to Slasher for scrapping those jalapano seeds with his bare hands, hopefully he washed them real guuuuuuddd before he had to do any business with Ol Lucky. I love the longer format too. I love the lack of culinary skills, just making food, that's what it's about. I have worked in multiple kitchens with people in the industry for a long time that sucked. Cooking, like anything, comes from the soul
That looks awesome but I'm shy when it comes to peppers. Even though you took out the seeds and membranes of the peppers aren't they still spicy hot? Three Thumbs up. I like this Damn Channel the best.
For milder pepper heat options, look at poblano, anaheim, or simply use mini bell peppers that have no heat. I like the jalapeno heat, but my wife does not and prefers either an anaheim or minis. Sometimes shopping at different grocery stores you'll find more varieties of peppers to choose from. I also shop around when it comes time to make salsa for us. @@bbqpitboys I mean, if I was scrolling, & I saw it & just peeked at it, I'd probably end up watching for hours. Shoot, I had just watched for about an hour or 2, when I was manually picking vids to watch. If they just played 1 after the other, I'd be hooked.
Hell no.. make your own drive-in and I’ll buy the BBQ PITBOYS triple popper sandwich. McDonalds, Burger King, Wendys, and Taco Bell aint got nothing on that.

First off, delicious recipes- I always appreciate that! On to the review. You started with a novice who needs to learn knife skills and gave him the wrong knife. With that knife shape and what you were doing, the point is the wrong place to use What you have is basically a machete. Get a straighter blade and use your wrist. A little pull is better than a hack. Other than that, kudos! Raise up that young one.
thanks, but we don't need coaching.. we use our high carbon steel Ontario Knife Co knives to slice garlic, to cutting saplings down out back.. works at stirring stew as well, and picking teeth.. thanks for stoppin by... we appreciate your support
