So lovely!!! I used the birdie collage tissue last year on wood slices and put fine white glitter on top and glued cord on for hangers and decorated my Christmas tree with them. They turned out beautifully. I will try to make the journal this year. Thank you for sharing!!!❤❤❤

Thank you Andrea. I'm still extremely unwell. How ever I CAN watch my wonderful artists. And JJ. I am able to type on my I pad. Andrea, I have no idea who this twisted man is. Please warn your "stubbies" if you can. No sleep again. So far not violent. He is able to open a new account, on Facebook. he has a picture ID now, but the man in the picture is not him. Good grief I don't like to be the one who typically says a word. But talking to my youngest now 25 and husband, my reason for taking it to the police. You guessed already, they took my I pad. 😢 I got a new one from my son when he heard what's going on. I'm attempting to understand. I cannot let it frightened. I'm too busy learning. And Taking notes, and I'm still unwell. My dear son gave it to me for Christmas it's supposed xcept when I'm sleeping and gained 40 pounds in 3 mounts. . I have been very very unwell. Since November last. I have 4 doctors who are looking at my inability to breath by running a slew of diagnosistic. I'm keeping up with 6 of my favorite JJ artist. I'm going to lay down. Thank you very much reading all about my "stalker" honestly , I should be in the dog house for waiting this long to tell my husband.

Twenty years ago we called this 'book cloth' and the tool a 'rotary cutter'. But everything keeps changing, the hand sewing I did since the 50's is now a new thing called 'slow stitching'. I shake my head... This is lovely, your videos are the best.

When using the watered down glue or modge podge does it cause the tissue paper to wrinkle up? I’m not a fan of the wrinkles so I have some of the stuff that sold as Tim Holtz for using instead of the modge podge. It’s expensive so I try to save it for projects that truly need it but it’s looks like you didn’t get any wrinkling with yours. Some times the videos can deceive us
@artymaze
@artymaze Год назад
Personally I don’t mind wrinkles as I can sand and get a smooth finish. Tim HOLTZ collage medium is extremely good but like you said a tad expensive x

Cool idea. Can't really see those markers on the tag. I would use Posca paint pens to color in and a little white to highlight..make it a little dimensional. Was that black gesso you used? I've never used that at all. Christmassy with a lil gold glitter.
@artymaze

Thank you the pens actually worked fine and are quite vibrant must of been lighting. (I like post a pens though) I didn’t use anything black was it the stainz by patty pockets you are referring to? X

Curious if you or anyone else has tried doing same basic thing but only doing the glue on the top layer? If so, does it give same effect or different? Just curious since the paper is so thin. heading into work or I would try it right now myself. Lolol. Thanks for all you do!!

What I can foresee is that you would have to saturate the top to make sure it went through which could cause the tissue to disintegrate, with soaking the bottom layer you
