I have the same problem Shayne does with laughing at my own jokes. It's because i come up with them in the moment, so it feels like I'm hearing it for the first time as well
I like to see Shayne laugh at his own jokes-it's so genuine and humble. His authenticity really shines through, and it's just plain fun to watch. It's inspiring, honestly. I don't know why exactly besides him being an inspiration but I look up to him a lot. He seems very emotionally intelligent.
Courtney played Shayne like a fiddle this whole game. She _knew_ to hit him with the grade-school sound effects humor. He got pretty immune to it after a while, but it was enough to put her in the lead. And that doctor's note was maybe the funniest thing I've heard in a long time. The only mistake she made was having Amanda read The Wenching Hour in-character. You can't break Amanda when she's in-character, and _you're_ bound to be the one that breaks, not her. I'm sure that was like half of Courtney's laughs right there.

These try not to laugh podcasts are literally some of my favorite content produced PERIOD. I constantly find myself going back and watching them over and over again and even though I've heard all the jokes and punchlines I still laugh everytime. Please don't stop making these, I beg you from the bottom of my heart!
