They just want easy money so they sell their body. They don't pay the taxes. So It's considered illegal. Yes. OF is illegal now if you do not pay the taxes or decline the service deduction and could fine you up to 250% of your income made from said usage and up to a minimum of 25years for tax evasion. In all of the world, it's really bad which is why it's stupid how low people are willing to go for money.

Because the irs loves taxing people and if they sell enough pics it counts as income, so not reporting the money made counts as tax fraud which can even get them sent to prison
