Any strip club in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, gives them out in their ATMs inside the clubs. This way they are required to tip 2 bucks per visit to the stage instead of being cheap assholes lol. I was security and a bartender at one for a couple years there when younger. They ordered them from the banks every week to reload those things.
