You are wrong about acrillic nails. In order for them to stick it requires sanding down the entire surface of real nails. This weakens them. Also the chemicals used are absorbed into the bloodstream, which are toxic. Filing down the acrillic on nails is toxic as it goes airborne, although manicurists typically wear face masks, the customer often does not.
They have commercials for it all the time. I ordered it, and it didn't come in a spray can. It came in a small hand pump bottle. Not sure it works that well either.
