Ingredients:
350 g shrimp (peeled and deviened)
3 tbsp. oil
1 small onion (chopped)
5 gloves garlic (sliced)
250 g broccoli
1 small red bell pepper (diced sliced)
2 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup shrimp head stock
1 tsp. sesame oil
water for boiling
Cooking Procedures:
1. Slice broccoli and place in a bowl then set aside, followed by onion and garlic.
2. Peel the shrimps, deveined and remove the head. place in a cup then put hot water to make shrimp soup stock. set aside. Put the shrimp in another bowl and set aside.
3. Heat wok on medium heat, pour in the oil and saute onions for 15 seconds and garlic for 30 seconds or until aromatic.
4. Add shrimp and stir for 1-2 minutes or until orange.
5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, salt, cornstarch and shrimp head stock. Mix and simmer for 1 minute.
6. Add red bell pepper then mix and then followed by broccoli, stir for 2-3 minutes.
7. After 3 minutes of Stirring, turn off the stove then swirl sesame oil.
8. Transfer to a serving bowl, serve hot with rice and enjoy.
