Earlier my face looked dull constantly, even in the mornings. But after I conducted a bit of study and made some adjustments, my face began glowing in just a few weeks. Here is what I did: I consumed a proper diet that included items such as lentils, bread, green vegetables, and rice. This helped nourish my body from the inside. I applied a face wash with the appropriate pH level and had black rice water. I chose the Litleeextra riceberrry face wash, and it performed nice for my skin. I made it a regular practice to drink a minimum of 2 liters of water every day. I engaged in physical activity daily, this made me sweating and removed impurities from my body.

Guy, tried and tested advice: glycerine for face and mustard oil for hair. I have used all kinds of product on my face to make it more healthy and NOTHING worked!! From expensive branded products to cheapest remedies, my skin didn’t improve. My hair was also extremely dry abd one day I came home for hidats abd my mom asked to put some glycerine on my face and ever since then it’s become my number 1 product. I apply glycerine simply before going to bed. Try it y’all!!

Please don't fall for these. Physical scrubbing will tear the outer layer of the skin eventually. It keeps on breaking the skin barrier and eventually we become prone to acne. Just use a gentle face wash like Cetaphil or Himalaya (budget friendly), then use a non-exfolient moisturizer like Evion (don't use if you have oily skin) or Dr. Seth Cica and Ceramide (if you have oily skin). Please stay away from all these gimmicks. These people tell aese stupid methods so that your skin barrier will break, so that they can sell steps for acne, then broke skin barrier etc.
