I have almost the same morph that is just inbred to the max I assume and is the runt of the 3 by about 20 grams out of 3 that are maxing at 60 grams. I had to be cheap and use my hands if I could not find my tweezers plus often the tweezers were VERY hard to catch high quality healthy crickets Tip-different breeds can chirp different, look a bit different, and are very fast, healthier crickets mean healthier lizards. I get the best from a small one store owned shop that is pet store heaven but also in a VERY high class neighborhood just 2 miles away from a rough part of 7 mile Detroit lol. It proves that the way a city polices it's borders and community as a whole is whether or not that city is safe at all. That and proper education. Same with the Southern Border . ok back to lizards/feeders whoa that is truth, I bet I am shadow banned if the 5G network finds me lol. Be careful storing crickets because the decay of them causes ammonia that they cannot handle in almost any amount and die off easy. Also pesticides of lettuces etc. Because of this I have fat geckos and just feed them around once a week. I know this sucks but I leave extras and they eat at least a dozen in 24 hours of large size. Vitamins added, I have never seen a gecko take that much COCA-cola before either. I bet he felt like he just tried the Cinnamon challenge. These morphs that have trouble are even dumber if they need water lol. That thing will not remember that water is inches away lol.

Absolutely love this dish! How cute is that calcium powder bowl!!! I’m a new leopard gecko owner and I’ve never liked the idea of a bottle cap for calcium powder and haven’t found anything better than an oversized dish, this is perfect. Hi, I have had my leopard gecko for si6 years now. I I have always had trouble getting him to eat. I sometimes have to kill the insect or hold it right in his face to get him to eat. I was doing some research on how to entertain my gecko now that as I get older, I have less time to spend with him and play with him, and onw of the things I say was letting them find their food. This dish would really help to show him where his food is and let him find it.

We’ve had our little gecko (Doty ) for about four years now, and she’s still a bit shy. So at first I would drop a bit of food outside of her cave, then she’d slowly come out and find the rest of her food and water in a dish

This dish is amazing! My gecko, Lilac is my first gecko, she is a great eater but doesnt really see her food most of the time. She'll ignore it but then when he notices it, she eats them up! I havent found the right calcium powder for her yet, not one that she loves lol, but i am on the search for one! I love ur vids, thank you for the tips!!

I 3d printed one for way cheaper. And if you are gonna say “oh well that including the 3d printer”, no it is not. I can go to my local library and 3d print stuff for like 1-2 dollars. Way more efficient and cheaper than what he is selling.

We are going to get a leopard gecko in December, because we still need to do a ton of research on them and figure out what is best for them, hence why I’m watching this video. This might be a great idea for when I go to my dads on the weekend and my mom has to feed them because she is scared of bugs and doesn’t want to use tweezers. We might buy this when we get everything for the geckos. It looks like it works awesome, great job with it

My leopard gecko has gotten rlly skinny bc it’s eyelids are stuck shut so tonight I started putting eye drops in and tmrw I’m gonna force feed her until I bring my other leopard gecko into the vet on Monday bc of tail rot to get suggestion on what to do for her. Luckily no MBD bc when I was putting eye drops in she kept tryna bite me so I made her bite down on a random toy I had in my room 😂 Hopefully she’ll fatten up and be able to see again soon and the other leopard gecko is good to go for their tail.

So I got this new baby leopard gecko and it’s super small like it’s maybe a month old or so. My point is I have never had one so young before and I wanna do the best I can for it and give it the best and fun life it can possibly enjoy. I love the dish ❤ it an amazing idea and I see how easy it would be to train it to eat from it, but is there any special diets they should have or maybe specific vitamins?

I just inherited 2 leopard geckos. I didn't know they would just choke down dry calcium like that! That looks just like my mother-in-laws mashed potatoes! All good as long as you've got something to wash them down immediately 😂

My gecko was not properly taken care of and was placed in an enclosure with 5 other geckos and he was basically the runt. When I got him a year ago, i was able to help him realize that all the food was for him lol. He’s eating regularly but he still isn’t growing like he should, do you think he might have a growing deficiency? Also do you guys sell tanks as well?

Have you tried giving your gecko other variety? The best insects to feed your Gecko are crickets and mealworms. However, you can also feed him waxworms, butterworms, silkworms, tomato hornworms, beetles, sow bugs and cockroaches.

Could you please help me? I got this new leopard gecko yesterday, and it's not eating anything, I've tried to stimulate the food, tried taking out all the hides to have him find the dish, and even tried a blackberry bits to see if he liked it. I'm stumped, and worried

@mr.white-rabbit Hi there! When leopard geckos move to new home (environment) they need some time to adopt so they may not eat for 2 weeks. Look out for tails. If leopard gecko tails are chubby, then it means they could be either ovulating or not hungry. Chubby tail is a good sign of health. That’s where they store all the nutritions when they hibernate. Usually, thin tails are a sign of sickness and not in good condition.

@@GECKOPIA Understandable, I'm curious if for an adult, him eating 4-5 crickets is him overeating, or if it's just him having not been fed prior to me taking him in. He has a fairly chubby tail, so I think he's good on that end. I've also heard that fruit in the diet sometimes is good, is there any you would not recommend? I know citrus isn't good
