I might've stole the idea for this workout from one of my own videos. In fact Extreme Kettlebell 2 is full of these types of workouts where do you put a ton of volume into a very short period of time by creating a sequential flow. Enjoy the pain.

Thank you for this! What a pace! Quick and intense is just what I needed today. I only have a 16 kg and I’m not sure I could go much heavier at this pace.

Keith, I am a huge fan of your EKB dvds. I own 1 and 2 and rotate through your six week EKC program regularly. This particular video obliterated me! Your routines never dissapoint in providing an intense workout with low impact on the joints. Since I switched over to KB training two years ago, my cardio and mobility have never been better. Thank you for all you do. P.S. My favorite workout was your twelve days of Christmas.

This is quick and to the point. I weigh 170lbs and did this first with a 12kg to feel it out and get used to it. I broke a mild sweat and then without a cool down switched to a 16kg and wow what a difference. I am drenched with sweat. That was not as bad as I thought but still incredibly challenging. Going to try with a 20kg before to long. If you do read this hope your rehab is going well. Thanks dude

I've just tried this routine. My legs have now gone out to lunch, my shoulders appear to have morphed into corned beef, and my core has just told me to #&*" off! But I made it to the end, and shall be back to do it all over again in a couple of days. 😁😁😁 Thanks.

Joe Rogan sent me here and although it'll be my first work out, this guy is not only seemingly inspirational but he isn't pretentious and looks like he's going to be my work out partner now. As a woman who hasn't exercised, does anyone know what sort of kettle bell size should I look into first? Cheers from your new Aussie fan.

Twyla this is your new workout partner here. I would start with an 8 or 10 kilo bell. Soon you will be using a 12 kilo! Thanks for working out with me

OK I tried this workout the same time as yourself and ended up finishing a minute behind you for the only reason : I felt restricted tightness in both my sides and back when performing the windmill. Resulting in me struggling to bend sideways. I workout with a 16kg Kettlebell weight. Keith, do you have any suggestions/advice on how to overcome these restrictions and tightness? I’m really hoping he does a video of tips for the overhead squat. I’ve got awful shoulder flexibility and can’t squat without the weight tipping forward before I can even get to parallel 😩

David Tran I was talking about this with a friend yesterday they called the 20 kg the Goldilocks kettle bell because it’s just right for most guys in terms of cardio type routines
