I've been having the same mindset since I know what it's made out of. If there's a way to utilize meat scraps and use it to make something that taste good (sometimes really good) why would I hate that? Do people not know that there's a massive world wide food waste while at the same time there's millions of people starving? This stuff is sustainable and good for the environment.

We eat lots of fungi in many forms. We use all the parts of the animal. We have found ways to concentrate flavors and activating agents to make cooking and preserving easier and safer. None of this was gross.
