I tried Khan Chacha and Nizam Kathi Roll. But, I still remember in 2019, my roommate took me to Juneja's to try their butter chicken. And I still remember that taste. Nothing can replace Juneja's thick butter chicken roll.

The very concept of kathi rolls actually comes from Kolkata....from its awadhi nawabi heritage food...Kathi kebab..... In old times in British Calcutta these kathi kebabs were served with Paratha,... kathi means the bamboo skewers on which the meat is grilled or roasted over wooden charcoal.....once a British gentleman was served kathi kebabs with Paratha....he complained about the oily Paratha greasing the hand....so the Server rolled up the kebabs in the Paratha and rolled it in a white paper .....and the Kathi rolls were born.....in Kolkata. Now it has travelled all over India being a popular street food....😀👌

For Kakori roll. there two more great places, - "Aap Ki Khatir", Nizamuddin, it's on the main Lodhi Road only on the evenings and sit and eat in your own car. No veg options here. - "Al Kausher" at Vasant place market, next to Malai Mandir on Palam Marg. They'll literally mash the kakori on the parantha. Not sure of any veg options here too.
I have been to Kolkata in January. Dude you should be proud of the city. For Dilli guy the food prices are single handedly like plus point. I enjoyed a lot there, i ll be visiting Kolkata and Darjeeling every year from now on.
