I get the Perfect bar in the mini size and with chocolate chips which tastes so much better. Or the big ones were just a BOGO at Publix so I'll eat half a bar. They are clean, but not alot of protein.

When the Perfect Bar states, 'on the go for one week', think of instances like hiking or camping. While you're home it should be refrigerated, but once you leave to go camping, it's safe to eat up to one week.
