I'm from Brazil, and yes, corn, straw potatoes and eggs are super normal in these types of snacks, and we're very used to that, there are usually some that can be bigger and with more ingredients.
Only for poor people. Like the Northeastern, they would enjoy that bunch of nonsense food. Southern brazilian don’t eat that shit they’re calling burger.
1:38 “english is the hardest language, everyone always says that” that’s the most American thing an American could say 😂, English is probably the easiest mainstream language to learn my man, try learning French, German, Mandarin…
When he said "We have so many words for the same thing in English" I started listing for words we call D1ck in Portuguese Before I stopped i had 14 words just for that 😂. And to a portuguese speaker, English looks absolutely Simple and archaic (without anger, without prejudice) . Portuguese have soo many rules, is soo many tricky 😂, sometimes i Wonder why portuguese need to have soo many rules 😂.
And I'm learning German... I speak Portuguese, English and a Little bit of Spanish. German it's looking very easy, 90% words just look like Portuguese and English with other forms of writing, but phonetically almost identical, and I didn't find any false cognates until now.
Brazil we call this X-Tudo ("tudo" means "everything") so they will use everything they have but the patty normally is thin, tomato and onions are chopped and they smash the bun to fit in a bite
@@lucasbarcellos4036 Damn man WTF?? tha shit letter "X" not sound like a goddamit type: "EX" for the american people? cuz "cheese" dont make any hell sense
@@nathanntn2025The letter X in Brazil is said as "xis", which sounds like the word "cheese" So, cheeseburger became X burguer (xis burguer) Chisburguer
Important to note: We brazilians don't tend to eat burguers as lunch. We eat them as boardgaming, social and dating (for some people) food, and as nightclub hangover food, or as street food in plazas and parks, depending on the meat quality. We have rice and beans for lunch, most of the time, with variable meat and vegetables, usually in 'self service' buffet restaruants. So it's not supposed to be a lunch. That's why you wouldn't be able to have one for that. The idea is to eat it with soda or beer, and spend the night at the place you are eating. It's usually what you eat before you go home, so that you drop in bed and wake late in the morning.
Knowing that might make it make more sense to you. Even if the food is similar, it doesn't have the same cultural rites, and that's really important. But the chef wouldn't be able to explain it with his english level (and it's ok).
Wouldnt be easier for her to tell the guy previously that she didnt like those ingredients instead of always saying she doesnt like it? i dont like tomatoes either and i always tell them not to put it in my burgers

USA é a terra do hamburguer.
❤❤❤❤Dear Americans, brace yourselves for an epicurean revelation: Pedrocasburger's Brazilian burgers in California are not to be underestimated. Prepare to have your taste buds mesmerized by their unparalleled deliciousness.
This burguer in Brazil have name X-Tudo or in english X-All !!! It is most popular burguer, the most requested and consumed on the streets, especially for those leaving a party or wanting to satisfy their hunger!!!! Each city has its own variation of X-tudo (X-All) with the ingredients that people in each region like most! Picanha is a very special cut of meat in Brazil that "EVERYONE" wants to have at a barbecue, classified as a 1st cut (the best classification) here people have it above filet mignon (which is also a 1st cut)!
we like to make everything a full meal, we have people from all countries and we make their food with extra filling, the France make croissant with only butter inside and we always put cheese and ham, there's with chicken and catupiry (brazilian cream cheese) and even sweet croissant with strawberries and chocolat
Great video! Really enjoyed it. Just a small correction, english is actually one of the easiest languages to learn, there's little grammatical rules when compared to most languages.
People usually have issues with the pronunciation of some words, also because they're afraid to make mistakes, but that goes for most when learning a new language. Portuguese is way harder though, can't even compare!
As a Brazilian i agree, the struggles with English is compensated by the experience, the word stress is the worst part so far for me, however as i said the experience and patient can fix it
@@redrum3001 Completely agree! I formed my vocabulary by reading, watching movies, series, listening to music, gaming, the more we practice, the better we get, while not being afraid to make mistakes! 😁
Pedrocasburger's congratulations for your work, what beautiful burgers, I was here with my mouth watering just to see it, taking to distant lands the Brazilian way of making food, each bite a different journey in the world of flavors. I simply loved it, and thank you to the Hungry 4 Munchies channel for giving space to the flavor of Brazilian cuisine.
Wassup man, I was born in Brazil and grew up mostly here in LA. What you and your lady did by reviewing this restaurant is heaven sent to Pedro. There’s a big part of me that believes Pedro added a little more to his burgers because he felt excited that you’re helping to expose his restaurant in such a positive manner. You both were very kind and showed interest to the Brazilian culture that anyone in the community would embrace you two for trying. Brazil is not that much different from the States, as far as food selections go. But you discovered most of the food is very generous and organic/natural. I’ll have to try Pedro’s restaurant. Thank you two for reviewing a Brazilian establishment, you gained a follower.
New subscriber here in L.A. I enjoyed the video, and I'll definitely check the place out. But in the video you referred to the burger as a "monstrosity," which I don't believe you meant to say as that word is a negative, used to describe something unpleasant or offensive to look at. Perhaps you meant "monstrous," meaning something that is extremely large. The burgers look really good!
this is a very specific burguer called "x-tudo" or in english " x-everything" they are popular on every burguer from your neighbour normally its for after long shifts on work that you want to spend less and eat a lot. It's tastefull but its a burguer that you eat once a year cuz theres a lot of callories on it. About the cheese from the barbecue one, that one its not a strong cheese.
I am brazilian and answering your question about our burguers (lanches), it depends where you go. But in general you can have a very special burguer in Brazil cause our meat is tastefull
Yeah, here in Brazil, we usually have these burgers and much more. But man, please... do not fake your reaction. It's clear on your faces that you didn't like it. Not every North American is ready for all our great foods and dishes
This first burger is known as "X-Tudo" or "Podrão" ("Tudo" literally means "everything" and "Podrão" it would be something like "greasy burger" or "dirty burger"). Podrão" means a big, messy burger typically sold at food stands or food trucks. It's not gourmet, and it might be greasy, but it's full of flavor. It's the kind of burger you crave late at night or after a long day, packed with ingredients like bacon, eggs, and lots of sauces. It's cheap, satisfying, and beloved for its indulgent taste.
Torcida menor, estádio cagado, vive comprando ex-jogador do rival.

WTF the couple could not even finish one of those burgers???? How come they could do that. I am from Brazil. The video has very good content and that line written on the wall. Happiness is the taste of a freshly made podrão.
And yes, that is normal. Same with corn, mashed potatoes and potato sticks on hot dogs. That big burger is called a X-Tudo.
We need a Brazilian burger place here in Australia. The burger patties here are so skinny, the poor things! I miss the good, fat meaty patties back from Brazil...
The cheese of the second burguer (3:06) is really good. But it's good on its own, kinda crunchy. Very common on barbecues and street vendors at the brazilian beaches
In Brazil we love mix multiple flavors and textures, because this the meal turn's huge. Every food from the world will be a lot different in Brazil, like pizza with full of toppings.
I am from Sao Paulo - Brazil and our hot dogs over there are amazing too!! I think the American people gonna like it a lot!! We use french bread, 2 sausages, mayo, mustard, ketchup, mashed potato and cream of corn!
I wouldn’t say those are typical Brazilian burguers, but they are definitely inspired by stuff we have on our cuisine. The big one looks like our “X-Tudo”, which translates to “X-Everything”, a sandwich where we mjx all sorts of meat and ends up huge. But not as huge as the one you ate. The other one has farofa, which we eat a lot with dinner or lunch, but is also present on all barbecues.
Here in Brazil the name of this burger is X-everything “X-tudo” in Portuguese and you’ve to eat at 3 or 4am after a disco, show or whatever and specially drunk. You’ll wake up ready for another fight!!
average burger places in brazil have burgers like this..we also have squeeze bottles on every table with home made mayos such as garlic, black olive, parsley/green onion ( known as green sauce) and more depending on the region.
Sir/Madam, while I appreciate diverse opinions, disparaging Pedrocasburger's sandwiches without giving them a fair chance undermines the rich culinary diversity we cherish. I invite you to experience their flavors firsthand before passing judgment.
I wouldn't say the barbecue is traditional in the sense that it is what you find every corner, but it is very traditional in the sense of brazilian food culture of mix stuff that shouldn't work on paper and make them work. 10/10

In Brazil we call those burgers "Podrão" which rough translates as "Big Dirty" because you can't eat those without doing a mess. They have a lot of ingredients and usually they use a green mayo sauce that is homemade, here in Brazil that sauce is really loved but strangely enough, not a sauce that you can find in the supermarket.
From what I understand, he wanted to bring flavors of other typical Brazilian snacks into his humburgies, but some of these ingredients are a reference to typical snacks here, such as kebabs, hot dogs (which include corn, straw potatoes), chicken with catupiry and The snack assembly itself resembles an x-all.
As Brazilian I can tell that this kind of mix in a burger is definitely not usual! The closest to this kind of burger is the one we call "X-Tudo" or in a free translation "Cheese - Everything". Look for this "X-Tudo" here on RU-vid.
Wempre bom ver brasileiro vencendo 🎉
This is the famous X-tudão my friend, best thing to eat late at night after parties and stuff. The original is served in food trucks of dubious origin and you eat on the sidewalk. It helps survive the next day hangover.
So much complaining in this video and gross out faces, Lord. Portuguese is SIMILAR to Spanish, but totally different. I speak English fluently but no Spanish at all and I’m Brazilian. Those hamburgers are amazing, Brazilian hamburger can’t even compare with American, at all, our’s is way better. In Brazil we eat an even bigger burger than that. Pedro is awesome may God bless and prosper his ways. Everything looks delicious as I’m sure it is.
