Loveeee it, non stick builder gels are probably my favorite product right now, u can do sooo much with it😍🥰 I do think most glitter polygels are very stiff, very pretty but stubborn 😂. I love when u review products because u tell the truth. The set turned out super cute 🥰 love the color selection, and the Makartt orange 🧡 goes better. Tyfs 😍🥰

The solid gels can be used with the full cover gel tips. just apply a top coat and you’re good to go! They’re very convenient super user friendly! Especially for beginners!

This is a pretty design. I think the reason for the white residue and maybe the cloudy glitter is that it is having a reaction with the alcohol. I have experienced that with a brand of polygel before. You might have to use an actual slip solution, the brands or some other. I hope this helps.

New subscriber ❤ love your nails! I used a poly gel before and got white residue on it but they said it was the slip solution that made it go white, im new doing nails using poly gel im in love with the product and all the different nail looks to create ❤

Hiii thanks for subscribing 🤗 and you can do a lot with polygel omgggg, don’t get discouraged it can be challenging at times but it’s really cool….. and that may be true, the white residue could be because of the slip solution but they didn’t give me any slip solution so I had to use what I had, oh well 🤣😂

The design came out really cute! I love the butterflies 🩷🧡 It's sad that you had so many issues with the polygel though. Born Pretty products are usually pretty good quality. You should have tried the clear hard gel. I use it all the time and it's always clear as glass ✨️✨️. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who sketches out nail designs on paper beforehand 😂😂 I do that all the time lol.

Oh, totally forgot to mention - I hear you talk about scratches left in your polygel after filing. Are you not using a buffer after filing? That's what will take those scratch marks out and keep you from having to use a layer of base coat before topcoat

Hi, thank you and I think I might give born pretty another try someday and I’ll use a slip solution instead of rubbing alcohol lol…yes I do buff my nails sometimes but the scratches are usually still on my nails so sometimes I don’t even bother to buff the nails lol

Hey, cheraell why do you add base coat with the poly gel to the nail for does it work better?

Hiii, I usually add base coat to the polygel if the polygel is stiff, the base coat would soften the polygel and makes it blend better, didn’t really work with this born pretty polygel tho lol but it usually works Also, if the polygel is too sticky adding the base coat can make it less sticky.
