Good thinking with the molasses. I would also recommend you source a good source of fulvic acid to put it with your fertilizer mix. 8-16 oz an acre is all you need if you find a good reliable source. It will improve the ability of the plants to uptake the produce and increase your efficiency. Kelp would be another product to look into as another plant food. Hope you like the results. 👍

I probably would have given it all up just to be doing what you do. I loved the military but it wrecked my life and my body. To be on the land doing what you do would be heaven to me. Thank you for the kind comment.

Blackstrap molasses is great for giving great taste and colour in my fruit cake, especially at Christmas! A good slug of whisky too!

I’ve started using the same in any slow cooked beef dishes ..bloody nice ,just a couple of tablespoons ,very high in nutrients seems to deepen the flavour

I’ll be interested in you tow and Fert comments. I set up the conventional way for sold ferts thru a spreader and a spray rig from herbicide and a bit of gibb acid. But you can always learn something new

You should get a track map systeme easy to set up in tractor and it has good GPS and accurate lines for were you have been and every thing is saved and you can create different work on your computer or phone

Why do you put molasses in fertilizer what does molasses contribute to growing grass

It has calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium in it . So can be taken into the plant through the leaves. It also is a source of carbohydrates for the plant and soil microbial ecology.

Those slippers are definitely what I thought of recently, my diabetes and arthritis,my feet get very cold in the zero temperatures in my home, do they sell anything like that in the farmer's store, we have 2 here in Taupo, but I didn't think to ask or visit the store. 😊😊.

They do sell them in the farm shops. They won't be that walm, you would be better with wool lined slippers like UGGs
