I have used Tipex nails on my daughter who loves long nails, but was going through chemotherapy and could not get manicures at the salon due to risk of infection. Super easy to apply and long lasting. Great product, I hope they come out with more lengths and shapes.
I think most of these "soft gel" and "acrylic" tips are just made of plastic. Ultimately that's what soft gel and acrylic are, or what they dry to be. Nothing wrong with them being made of plastic, but I don't love the buzz words that encourage people to spend more money because they think they're actually made of soft gel BUT I won't deny that the structure of these is nice
As a flat nail bed girly who makes and wears press ons - these tips are AWESOME. Beetles are also making similar tips now. Can't wait for different shapes.
I own both, and I can tell you with confidence, they are exactly the same. I’m sure they have white labeled for beetles since Beetles is a much larger name than 5angeles.
@@amandaasante9318 Oooh thanks for that Beetles stuff is in the Amazon warehouse here so shipping is free - they are probably made in the same factory anyway lol. I expect Beetles to bring out the same new shapes as 5angeles has - long and short square - which is exciting!

I haven't tried these because I'm really trying to learn all I can about sculpting but I can see where this product could be useful. I'm so glad you tried the ones from Five Angeles (which seems like a smaller company) instead of the knock-off ones that Beetles came out with. They even used the Tipex name. That makes me feel like they straight up stole the idea from Five Angeles and definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The end result is very nice btw! I love that color combo and the shape looks like a sculpted nail! 💜💛💜💛💜

I've tried these tips and to be honest, they're a little too long for me and I don't like the high apex. I'm hoping this company comes out with more styles annd a smaller apex.
I only wish these tips came in different sizes. I'm the opposite of your client - I have tiny fingers and tiny nail beds, and these tips are waaaay too long for me. 😭
I was so excited to see you review these tips! I got a set and my issue was being unable to cut them down because they're super thick and being unable to do the overlay method with these. But overall, the quality of them is phenomenal and they are long lasting. The set I got also came with a super thick gel glue which is very convenient. Also, I love that design!
I never understand.. First damage ur natural nails, then put fake nails to show them as real. Why girls?...Grow ur natural nails and flaunt. Ya.. Some people face problem to grow nails, for them fake nails may be d solution, but why we all have to do that. 😢
I have these and for me they don't work very well. I have a deep C curve. They do work much better with a solid glue gel for the curve. I do like the Ovo Novo nails better for me.
I have the opposite problem with every set of tips I try. The C curve of my nails is kinda wide and not very deep. (They don’t look flat to ME… until I try applying tips and then they seem soooo flat.) I wonder if these would work for me, but if I’m honest, most brands don’t fit my nail beds. :(
I had bought this box because of another influencer about 5 months or so but hadn't gotten around to using it because I was afraid it really wasn't going to turn out like hers. Thank God that you've reviewed this product because I feel much happier about my decision to get it. Now I'll be doing my nails this weekend and looking forward to wearing these. @lalareeves1941 I had to have surgery since I posted this comment, so I haven't been able to get nails put on...I hope to be able to do so within the next week or so. But in the meantime, I'm seeing other people's comments, and they're enjoying them, so we might be on to something. I do know that since the initial posting of the nails, the manufacturer has made them in smaller sizes as well. Hope this helps!
I love these. They are the best for people with flat nail beds. I wish they wouls make them in different sizes. Long coffin is too long for me. I tried cutting them down but they hurt when I do that.
Hey! Do you have any recommendations of what to do with ingrown FINGER nails? They also widened on the sides over the years which I’m guessing can be also a reason for ingrown nail. Any tips how to manage that?
Hey, you should see a dermatologist for this. Us nail techs can get into trouble for giving anything that can be perceived as “medical advice” if anything goes awry ❤ I hope you can get some help and relief because that does NOT sound fun

Hi, would these tips be ok for popits ? I love this method , but I'm afraid you have to use a lot of gel to fill in. Maybe it would look too thick ? What do you think ?
These are awesome for flat nail beds. They are also the best fitting ones I've ever used. I always feel like I need a half size for 4 out of 5 nails. These are perfect!
