You can get blackout lining for your curtains or new curtains that already have it. I’ve had blackout lining for a couple of years and I love it! Blocks all the light outside 💛

Hi Hailey! Since you are reading adult contemporary I really really recommend you read the Crazy Rich Asians triology! They are really funny, fast paced, there's romance and deceit and outragous spending and it is sooooa addicting. The books get better and better also. Don't be dicouraged by the first 100 pages in the first book, they are really good, it just takes a bit of time to get the family tree straight in ones head...

girl i totally get your "at some point i will move out" logic for that plate. i basically have a whole little "dowry closet" full of stuff that I have no use for right now until i move out... since i've been, like, 12, my mom has gotten me 'useful' things every now and then (for christmas or birthday etc., like a pan or set of cutlery) so that I won't have AS many expenses when i move out, and over the years i've added to it, myself. i literally own two casserole dishes even though I haven't eaten a casserole in my life.

I went crazy and bought like 8 of them and like you said I'm trying not to devour them all because they'll be perfect summer reads, but there's also so many ones that sound good coming out this year. I just finished The Hating Game last week and wow 5/5 for me. I'm currently reading 99 Percent Mine, I'm 100 pages into it and I'm feeling eh about it. But I'm excited for The Kiss quotient it sounds so good

If you are ever looking for something new in the romance genre you might want to look into eloisa James or jill shalvis. They are amazing and super quick reads. I feel the exact same way about the ending of Josh & Hazel's Guide! It was so unnecessary and it really pissed me off. 🙈 The Hating Game is my FAVE! I haven't picked up 99 Percent Mine yet, but after seeing what everyone had to say about it, I don't think I ever will.

You should look into reading “The Rosie Project” by Graeme Simsion. I remember reading it a few years ago. Adult contemporary/romance isn’t a genre I read usually, but it was a fantastic read. Absolutely flew through it. Highly recommend! X

I'm currently reading My One and Only by Kristin Higgins, it's such a good and fun read, I think you should try it out. It's cute and fluffy, and hilarious. Oh and I read The Proposal by Jasmine Guillory and it's so good!! They're are SO many good adult romances that aren't like 50 Shades of Gray types. You just have to find the right ones.
